“Hey Everyone! My name is Eugene and I'm just an ambitious guy from Hawaii who moved to New York to enjoy the view of the city lights 😁

To be completely honest with you guys, I never expected to end up as a photographer. I came to New York on a flip of a coin for college with the intention of pursuing an acting career on the side. I had a decent acting resume collected from my experiences back home in Hawaii but transitioning from paradise to the concrete jungle was a challenge. The first thing I needed to get done was renewing my headshot for my composition card but I didn’t want to pay a photographer to take them for me. (I know, the irony right?) So I decided to buy a camera and do it for myself. Fortunately I found a solid camera with extra gear for an amazing price and 2 years later I somehow ended up as a creative/businessman who enjoys messing around within the multi-media field! Funny how life seems to work out if you’re willing to put in the work.

My life’s a little crazy and it’s a bit hard to explain, but that’s the only way I would want it to be. I mean, I based what was probably the biggest decision of my life on the result of a coin flip and through this I’ve met so many amazing people while doing things I never thought to dream of. It’s the excitement I live for and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
